  • Second Semester & Final Grades Posted

    The school year and semester 2 ended on Friday, May 25, and grades have now been posted.

    To review grades submitted by your child’s teachers, please login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you have more than one high school student in the family, you must first select a student at the top of the page.

    Once you have entered your account, report cards are available in the reports tab in the index at the left side of the page. Select Report Card Semester 2 from the list of available reports.

    You also may access final grades by viewing the grade summary for each course in the schedule tab by clicking the assignments icon for each course. All grades will display at the top of the Grading Task Summary. The grade box will be shaded green to indicate a final grade.

     

    Just for Clarification – Bottom Left Corner – click on “D211 Student Reports” a second window will open. Select the 2017-2018 Calendar year, and then the right drop-down menu has a scroll bar – scroll to the very bottom of the “2nd Semester Report Card”

    Online registration for Summer School courses can be completed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, which can be accessed through all District 211 school website homepages or by clicking this link: https://campus.d211.org/campus/portal/township.jsp. Once signed into Infinite Campus, click the link in the lower left-hand corner that reads “Registration and Lunch Prepayment.” From there, please register for Summer School courses available to students.

    First Semester Registration –– Online registration begins April 9 at 7:00 a.m. for all current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at CHS, SHS, and HEHS and closes at 3:00 p.m. on May 29.

    Online registration begins April 11 at 7:00 a.m. for all current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at PHS, and FHS and closes at 3:00 p.m. on May 29.

    Second Semester Registration –– Online registration begins April 9 at 7:00 a.m. for current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at CHS, SHS, and HEHS and closes at 3:00 p.m. on June 20.

    Online registration begins April 11 at 7:00 a.m. for all current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at PHS and FHS and closes at 3:00 p.m. on June 20.

    Incoming Freshmen Summer School Registration
    Summer School registration begins April 16 for all incoming freshmen. All registration hours and closing dates apply. Registration must be completed at the school the student will attend in the fall.
    INCOMING FRESHMEN MUST CONTACT A COUNSELOR BEFORE REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED.

    Walk-in

    All registration dates apply.  Current and incoming District 211 students must register at their home high school with their counselor.

    Parochial school students who live in High School District 211 boundaries may register for academic classes at the Administration Center on the first day of registration.

    Out-of-District Students –– Register on May 25 and May 29 at:
    Township High School District 211, G.A. McElroy Administration Center, 1750 South Roselle Road in Palatine.
    Out-of-District students are not eligible to register for camps.

    Walk-in Summer School Registration Hours
    Palatine High School:  8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    Fremd High School:  7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    Conant High School:  8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    Schaumburg High School:  7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    Hoffman Estates High School:  7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    Administration Center:  8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

    How

    After students have met with their counselor and have made course selections, registration can be completed for students at the high school they will attend during the 2018-2019 school year OR online. Online payment is available for District 211 families by using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  Online payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Parents desiring to complete registration online may do so by using the same username and password that has been previously provided. Walk-in and online registrations must adhere to deadlines as stated. Payment for walk-in registrations may be done by cash, check, or credit card.

    Activity/Athletic Camp Registration

    All District 211 schools offer camps for students from incoming freshman to senior level. Since some are held in the morning, many students will have to choose between an activity/athletic camp and an academic course.

    NOTE: Some activity/athletic camps may begin on Tuesday, May 29.
    Please contact sponsor/coach for confirmation on beginning date.

    Because of irregular schedules, students will not be able to benefit from bus service.

    Camps are open to all District 211 residents. PLEASE CALL YOUR CHILD’S SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT FOR ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING CAMPS.

    Directions for Enrolling

    Activity/Athletic Camp online registrations will be processed by:

    Access the activity/athletic camp registration under the Athletics tab through your high school’s website.
    Choose “Summer Sports Camp Registration.”
    If you have an existing account, use current login information. If you are using this for the first time, please click on the summer camp registration link.
    Fill in all required information.
    When camps have been chosen, continue on to the payment process.  Registration is only complete when payment has been processed.  Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
    Please be sure to complete the physical examination form if there is not a current form on file with the school nurse. Physicals are valid for 13 months.
